HWH sled out of Stephenville will be in Lindsey pulling antique tractors
from 4 till 7 PM and hot rods from 7 PM till ?? both Friday and Saturday
evenings. Tony and Doug Voth had set this up to be just a hot rod pull
initially but have now decided to add antique tractors and so want to get
the word out. They are requesting folks bring in antique tractors to
pull. If you want to call them, their phone number is 940 668 1535. If
you can't reach Tony, you might try Gary Henderson at 254 967 3426 or
Roxanne at 254 485 2331. I assume there is the usual $15 hook fee to pull. I don't know if there is an admission charge for the general public but would assume so. Anyone wanting to ride along is more than welcome (office phone is 972 272 4528 & home is 972 722 0812). |

In talking w/Bobby Neal about the Sulphur
Springs show for Saturday, the 19th, he advised me that Comfort Inn is
offering a 22% discount if participants wanted to come in on Friday
and stay overnight. He also has invited the Red River Tractor
Club to pull with us being as how Dallas City has cancelled their

Trails Antique Tractor Show & Pull - Friday & Saturday activities at city park, Jack Cross
Pavilion. Pull begins
Friday evening at 6pm - Parade is at 9am Saturday & pull @ 10am Saturday. Featured tractors this year: Allis Chalmers G & Ford 8-N.
1. Friday October 9th will be devoted to youth training
& certification, early weigh-in and practice pull and sled testing
2. Saturday 10th tractors classes 1-8 may weigh-in 8 am
to 9:30
pull begins 10 am with class 1-8 then break for awards,
lunch and large tractors to pull, scales remain open for tractors
class 9-14 to continue weigh-in (however Friday night weighing is
recommended if possible)
each tractor can pull in a max of two classes on
Saturday
3. All pullers are advised to follow link to
EDGE&TA rules and be prepared to follow these mandatory rules as
required for insurance purposes.
4. Pullers must be EDGE&TA members to be eligible
to pull and qualify for insurance. memberships should be available on
site fri and sat.
