You acknowledge that: the activity involves inherent dangers and that the participant is choosing to take those risks.
Release of Liability/Waiver:the organization, its employees, and volunteers are held harmless for negligence or accidents
Medical Consent/Responsibility:You (participant) are affirming to be in good physical condition and responsible for your own medical expenses.
Indemnification: the participant to cover costs if their actions cause loss or damage to the organizer.
Voluntary Participation: Confirmation that participation is voluntary and the individual can stop at any time.
